They were separated for a long time and had to turn to other leadership besides the president to survive. I would've hoped people would want more depth than that.Ģ) There's no reason for other remnants of the US government to be enclave. I'm kind of surprised the enclave even gets this much support. So why in god's name should we keep bringing them back? Do you want a recurring villain like some kids show where the villain just keeps popping out with crazy schemes to be beaten down by the triumphant hero? Only, since you keep destroying them, they have no consistent goals, leaders, or anything really besides appearance and technology. We already know their complete backstory: US govt remnant. They'll be back, whether it's through vanilla or modding, they're too rich an evil side to discard,ġ) They have no ongoing story with them.
